PURPOSE: A composite composition comprising propolis, chitin, chitosan, plant fermented extract, chitooligosaccharide, Angelicae Gigantis Radix extract and Houttuynia cordata extract is provided together with a production method thereof and the use thereof. The composition is low in adverse effect and toxicity and excellent in safety as compared to conventional biochemical immunostimulating formulations or anticancer chemicals, inhibits oxidative damage to a living body by chemicals and radiation and improves lowered immunoactivity and thus can be used as a food for protection a living body or a health supplementary food. CONSTITUTION: The composite composition comprises 3 to 10% by weight of propolis, 15 to 25% by weight of chitin or chitosan, 50 to 70% by weight of plant fermented extract, 3 to 5% by weight of chitooligosaccharide, 3 to 7% by weight of Angelicae Gigantis Radix extract and 3 to 7% by weight of Houttuynia cordata extract. The plant fermented extract is an extract of vegetables and fruits selected from plum, garlic, carrot, kale, celery, kelp, aloe, Ficus carica L., yarm, eggplant or the like. |
