The present invention relates to a hanger for hanging garments, said hanger comprising two sheet shaped, generally triangular portions (la, lb), that the triangular portions (1a, lb) are essentially parallel to each other and mutually connected by means of at least a first folding line (5; 105), that each one of the triangular portions (1a, lb) has an opening (7a, 7b), said openings (7a, 7b) being located essentially directly opposite to each other, and that the hanger comprises a hook (30) that is connected to the rest of the hanger. The invention also relates to a blank for a hanger.It is significant for the hanger according to the present invention that one triangular portion (la; 101b) has at least two first tabs (15a; 115a), that each of the first tabs (15a; 115a) may be folded out from the plane of said one triangular portion (1a) around a second folding line (18a; 118a), that the second triangular portion (1b; l0la) has at least two recesses (20b; 120b) that are located directly opposite to the first tabs (15a; 115a), and that the mutual relations regarding dimensions and positions between the first tabs (15a; 115a) and the recesses (20b; 120b) are such that the first tabs (15a; 115a) may be entered into the recesses (20b; 120b) and held there solely by folding around the second folding lines (18a; 118a). |
