PURPOSE: A seat head rest strength measuring apparatus is provided to measure the amount of impact applied to the head rest in an accurate manner by connecting the head portion and the body portion through a connection member. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus(200) for measuring strength of seat heat rest comprises a main body(110); a first cylinder member(120) installed to the main body; a link member(130) coupled to the first cylinder member; a body portion(135) coupled to an end of the link member, and which presses a back portion(133) of a seat(131); a second cylinder member(140) coupled to the other end of the link member; a head portion(150) coupled to the second cylinder member, and which presses a head support portion(132) of the seat and shifts the head support portion to the rear of the seat; and a connection member(160) interconnecting the head portion and the body portion.
