PURPOSE: A telephone for removing peripheral noises is provided to easily cancel noises, generated around a telephone, with a simple structure. CONSTITUTION: A telephone for removing peripheral noises is comprised of the first microphone(10), the second microphone(20), an inverse circuit(30), and a superposition circuit. The first microphone(10), installed at the microphone part of a telephone, receives a user's voice and an external noise and generates an electric signal. The second microphone(20), separated from the first microphone(10), receives an external noise and generates an electric signal. The inverse circuit(30) receives an electric signal from either the first microphone(10) or the second microphone(20) and inverses it. The superposition circuit superposes the inversed electrical signal and the electric signal not inputted to the inverse circuit(30).
