PURPOSE: A growing type picture using an optical fiber is provided to display growing states of pictures by dividing the pictures into stepped growing units and transmitting the light to optical fibers installed in the stepped growing units. CONSTITUTION: A growing type picture using an optical fiber includes a panel(10), an optical fiber(20), a light source(30), and a control circuit(40). An animal picture and a plant picture are printed on an upper surface of the panel(10). The optical fiber(20) is installed according to stepped growing units within outlines of the animal picture and the plant picture of the panel(10). The stepped growing units are formed in the interval of 3 to 5mm. The light source(30) is used for providing the light to the optical fiber(20). The control circuit(40) is used for lighting sequentially the light source(30) according to the predetermined period.
