PURPOSE: An ankle stimulation exercise apparatus is provided to take exercise quietly and regularly without troubling people around while attaining a systematic and scientific exercise. CONSTITUTION: The ankle stimulation exercise apparatus comprises: a shock absorbing buffer plate(3) made of an elastic plate or foaming plate and having a groove(7) of a circular arc shape formed on the middle; and a cylindrical stroke tube(1) having an outer diameter consistent with the circular arc of the groove(7) formed on the buffer plate(3).
