Production of polymer concrete comprises adding, in several stages, water-soluble reactive resins (I), which also harden in the presence of water, as binder and high-strength organic fibers (II) from renewable fibrous raw materials, as flexure and/or tension-bearing reinforcement, to the polymer concrete matrix. Independent claims are also included for (a) polymer concrete made in this way for stationary production of moldings of any shape, in which NOTLESS 50% of the fibers have dimensions corresponding to elementary bamboo fiber cells with the length-diameter ratio = 100 at an equivalent diameter (dequ)≤10 / 20 microns m and the fiber length (lf)≤2 mm and 25-50 % of the mineral fraction is the coarse fraction; (b) polymer concrete made in this way for prefabrication of strengthening protective layers and/or cladding with inserts aiding casing, in which NOTLESS 50% of the fiber fraction comprises length, strong fibers with dequ≥0.5 / 1.0 mm and lf≥10 mm and the coarse mineral component is NOTGREATER one quarter of the total mineral fraction.
|
