PURPOSE: A toilet-washing device is provided to allow users to use in more sanitary and comfortable way by washing the toilet in absolutely clean way. CONSTITUTION: The toilet-washing device includes a water tank(9) which stores and supplies cleansing water; a body(1) which is equipped with the curved part(3) of the body; a board(5), wound with a heating member, which a user can sit on; a cover(7) which opens and closes the curved part(3) as coupled by the hinge axis on the board(5); a steam-generating part(21) which supplies the cover with steam; an input part, built in the body, which sends controlling signals after setting the starting time for the cleansing work; and a controlling part which starts cleaning the toilet by receiving the controlling signals from the input part to operate the steam-generating part(21), supply the cover(7) with steam, apply power to the heating member to make the board(5) dry.
