PURPOSE: A device for fixing an oil tank for a master cylinder is provided to strongly combine an oil port of the master cylinder and an outlet port of the oil tank, shorten the length of the assembling process of the master cylinder and the oil tank, and reduce the manufacturing cost of the master cylinder and the oil tank, by improving the structure of the master cylinder and the oil tank. CONSTITUTION: A device(90) for fixing an oil tank(50) for a master cylinder(10) fixes the master cylinder and the oil tank to maintain a state in which an oil port of the oil tank is inserted into an oil port of the master cylinder. The device for fixing the oil tank for the master cylinder includes a first fitting projection(91) projected to the outer peripheral surface of the oil port, and a second fitting projection(92) formed to the outlet port of the oil tank to be fitted into the first fitting projection the moment the oil port and the outlet port are combined.
