When the liquid is flowing a piston and magnet (1,2) are displaced to close a contactor (3). An integrated circuit (CI), capacitor (C1) and resistors (R2,R3) define a time delay before starting a motor (MR1, 4) which closes a valve (7). At the closed position a disk (5) with cut-outs operates a cut-off switch (6) to stop the motor and the piston resets. The system may be restarted by pressing a push button (BP1)
