PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a button supporting device wherein at least either a panel member or a shaft supporting member can be made common, when a plurality of kinds of electronic equipments in which the numbers of switches pushed by an operation button are different are manufactured. SOLUTION: The button supporting device 210 is provided with a panel member 220 that has ribs 222, 223 wherein a button insertion hole 221 into which the operation button is inserted is formed, and wherein grooves 222a, 223a into which shafts 111, 112 of the operation button 110 are inserted are formed, and ribs 224, 225 wherein grooves 224a, 225a which are arranged closer against the center of the insertion hole 221 than the ribs 222, 223, and into which a shaft of the operation button having shorter shafts than the shafts 111, 112 of the operation button 110 is inserted.
