PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin composition for toner excellent in low temperature fixing property, offset resistance and developing durability. SOLUTION: The binder resin for toner contains a urethane modified polyol resin produced by urethane extension with polyisocyanate of polyol resin prepared by the reaction of bisphenol type epoxy resin with a compound having at least one active hydroxyl group in the molecule and contains a polyester resin synthesized from PET, polyvalent carboxylic acid and polyhydric alcohol.
