PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dewfall preventing device of a refrigerator capable of preventing dew from forming on a door periphery of the refrigeration by utilizing the high-temperature heat generated from a compressor of the refrigerator. SOLUTION: The device has a heat exchanger 80 and a thermosiphon, and is constituted so as to prevent dew condensation phenomenon in the abutting part of the refrigerator main body 10 and the door 12. The heat exchanger 80 is abutted to the compressor 20 of the refrigerator and contains waste heat generated from the compressor 20. Both ends of the thermosiphon are connected to the heat exchanger 80, and working fluid which is phase-transferred to gas phase by heat-exchanging with the waste heat from the compressor 20, flows along a hot line 70 and phase-transferred to liquid phase by vaporizing the due condensation in the contacting part of the refrigerator main body 10 and a door 12, and the phase-transferred working fluid falls by gravitation and flows into the heat exchanger 80.
