PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve safety hygiene in a reinforcing bar work and reduce cost by reduction of the construction period of time and also improve accuracy of rainforcements. SOLUTION: A safe working environment is provided by using a unitization method of reinforcing bars. As a result, a working efficiency is improved and the construction period of time can be reduced. Further, the construction period of time can be reduced by accelerating an assembling work of reinforcements in parallel with a forming work and a temporary work, etc. By reduction of construction period of time, personal expense is chiefly reduced. By using a jig frame base for manufacturing reinforcements, not only skilfull craftmen, but also unexperienced men can manufacture accurate goods. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
