PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress unwanted calls for residents in houses by limiting the number of calls from a common entrance set by a visitor at the entrance (of a collective housing). SOLUTION: When a predetermined amount of money is previously put into a money-putting part 3, it becomes possible to call for a room master sets 5a, 5b or the like from the common entrance set 1. If there is no answer from the room master sets, the predetermined amount of money, which has previously been put into the money-putting part 3, is returned by a money-return part 4. Also, when unlocking operations and money-return operations are performed by a room master set, the predetermined amount of money, which has been previously put into the money putting part, is returned by the money-refunding part. An automatic door 2 (electrical key thereof) is unlocked, only when unlocking operation is performed. Further, if an amount of money larger than the predetermined amount is put into the money-putting part, an amount of money corresponding to the difference between the put amount and the predetermined amount is returned from the money-return part.
