PURPOSE: A magnet coil assembly for a compressor of an automobile is provided to stably fix the magnet coil by inserting the magnet coil to a coil housing and molding with heat resisting resin or plastics, and to prevent counter electromotive force by placing a diode on a terminal. CONSTITUTION: A magnet coil assembly(50) has an outlet hole(53) formed on a closed bottom thereof to allow a lead wire(52) of a magnet coil(51) to be drawn out, and receiving holes(55) formed on both sides thereof by protruding a rim(54) upward to receive the magnet coil so as to improve fixing of the magnet coil in a coil housing(56). The magnet coil is stored in the accommodating groove of the coil housing. The accommodating groove and a connector(65) are integrated with each other and molded. Insulating material used for molding(60) is plastics or resins with excellent heat resistance. A spacer(61) is made of plastics, and interposed between the magnet coil and the coil housing on molding to prevent the magnet coil and the coil housing from contacting with each other. The space has a base(62) of width identical with width of the accommodating groove formed on the coil housing to support a bottom of the magnet coil. A plurality of guides(63) are protruded upward from an outside of the base to fix an outside of the magnet coil. A terminal(66) is placed between an end of the lead wire and the connector connected with a cable for supplying power, and has a diode connector(68) connected with a diode to prevent generation of counter electromotive force. |
