摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrophotographic sensitive body, its manufacturing method, an image forming apparatus for enhancing image quality of the electrophotographic sensitive body, with durability of the image quality of print, with excellent cleaning performance and by which a vivid image is obtained even in highly humid environment and a process cartridge with long replacement cycle. SOLUTION: The electrophotographic sensitive body is achieved by making reaction gas introduced between electrodes of counter electrodes to be constituted of a voltage impressed electrode and a grounding electrode as a plasma state by discharging the electrodes by impressing a high frequency voltage between the electrodes under atmospheric pressure or under pressure in the vicinity of the atmospheric pressure and forming an intermediate layer by exposing a surface having conductivity of a conductive supporting body of the electrophotographic sensitive body to the reaction gas at the plasma state.
