TELEPHONE TRANSACTION SUPPORT SYSTEM, AND RECORDING MEDIUM STORING PROGRAM FOR HAVING PROCESS IN THE SYSTEM EXECUTED BY COMPUTER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a telephone transaction support system capable of preventing fraudulence to be caused in the process of acceptance of a transaction requested by a client by telephone and final approval of the contents of the transaction.

SOLUTION: The system comprises a transaction registration means for registering the contents of the transaction requested by the client by telephone and inputted by a person in charge of acceptance in a database, and an approval support unit determining means for randomly determining an approval support unit to be used by a person in charge of approval for the approval of the contents of the transaction registered in the database from a plurality of previously set approval support units and storing the information specifying the determined approval support unit in the database by associating the information with the contents of the transaction.
