<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system and method for electronic application processing service for rapidly, accurately and rigorously processing an application from application submission to report of issuance of a permit letter. <P>SOLUTION: An electronic application processing service center 1 connected via a network to terminals of both an applicant and an employee of an agency receiving the application includes a means 1c for determining a destination to which the application is submitted based on an area and a supporting regulation stated in the application and setting the destination by writing on the application, a means 1d for checking an ID/password of the employee's terminal with an ID/password in a directory database to identify the employee, a means 1d for checking a job certification in the employee's terminal with a job certification in the directory database to verify job authority, and a means 1e for reporting issuance of the permit letter to the applicant after receiving the permit letter that has been processed by the agency and transmitted from the employee' s terminal, and storing the permit letter in a permit letter database. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
