<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting structure to mount a rotor such as a fan 11 on a rotary shaft 15 formed round in which a cap 14 is rigidly engaged with the fan 11 in the rotating direction and press-fitted by pressure to the rotary shaft 15, whereby requisite turning torque can be secured. <P>SOLUTION: The cap 14 for stopping the turn of the fan 11 is composed of an inner cylindrical part 21, an outer cylindrical part 23 installed outside the inner cylindrical part 21 with a space 22 between, and a coupling part 24 to rigidly couple them.
