PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To notice various information associated with the information collection and storage of the other facilities while transmitting the information of a disaster prevention system in detail. SOLUTION: A plurality of control boards including disaster prevention reception boards related with a disaster prevention system as control boards for monitoring and controlling various facilities arranged in a tunnel are connected to communication wiring respectively to configure a network, and the plurality of control boards are respectively provided with an information transmitting means and an information receiving means to exchange information.
