PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a load cell requiring no replacement of a strain gauge when adjusting a creep, capable of adjusting the creep after sticking the respective strain gauges, facilitating the creep adjusting work, and reducing dispersion in creep quantity. SOLUTION: A plurality of Wheatstone bridges 21 and 22 are formed of a plurality of strain gauges S1 to S8 stuck to one strain element 10, and are constituted so as to express a detecting value of a load to be measured by the linear sum. When calculating the linear sum, a factor A to be multiplied to output of the respective Wheatstone bridges 21 and 22 is set as a creep quantity offsetting value appearing in the respective Wheatstone bridges 21 and 22, and can be performed by measurement of a creep quantity of the respective Wheatstone bridges 21 and 22 and a calculation and the setting of the factor A.
