PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clutch disc capable of surely informing a driver of the limit of abrasion. SOLUTION: This clutch disc 4 is held between a fly wheel and a pressure plate to transmit torque, and its frictional facing 11 comprises a first layer 71 as a frictional material, and a second layer 72 as a warning device for detecting that the frictional material is abraded approximately reading the limit of abrasion, and generating warning to the driver by smell or sound/ vibration.
