PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an external heat insulating precast concrete slab which allows a cladding to be mounted on a surface thereof, is easy to produce, and low in cost. SOLUTION: The external heat insulating PC slab 1 is formed of a backing concrete layer 2, a heat insulating layer 3 and a surface concrete layer 4 sequentially formed on a front side of the backing concrete layer 2, and an auxiliary anchor 5 arranged in the backing concrete layer 2, for bearing the surface concrete layer 4 on the backing concrete layer 2. The heat insulating PC slab 1 is comprised of a retaining fixture 9 fixed to an upper edge 5C of the auxiliary anchor 5, and a mesh 7 and a reinforcement 8 for reinforcing the strength of the surface concrete layer 4. The mesh 7 and the reinforcement 8 are embedded in the surface concrete layer 4 when they are attached to the retaining fixture 9. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
