PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reinforced earth structure excellent in execution efficiency, stability or the like, a reinforced earth block used for a wall surface block and a bearing block to the reinforced earth structure and a fill reinforcing material for fixing the reinforced earth block. SOLUTION: A plurality of wall surface blocks 1 are laminated to constitute a wall A. The back of the wall A is filled with fill 2. The fill reinforcing material 3 and the bearing block 4 as a pulling resistance member of the fill reinforcing material 3 are buried in the fill 2. The wall surface block 1 and the bearing block 4 are formed of dry blocks. Fixed gutters 1d and fixed holes 4a are respectively formed in the wall surface block 1 and the bearing block 4. A hook formed in one end 3a of the fill reinforcing material 3 inserted into each fixed gutter 1d, the other hook formed in the other end 3b is inserted into each fixed hole 4a, and both of them are filled with solidifier 6.
