PURPOSE: A safety apparatus for opening and closing a door of a vehicle is provided to prevent damage of a vehicle body or injury in opening and closing suddenly by keeping the turning speed of the door with installing a damper between door hinges. CONSTITUTION: A safety opening device of a door for a vehicle is composed of a cylindrical body(20) placed between an upper hinge and a lower hinge of a door, and rotated; a rotational speed converting part(30) converting the rotation of a second cylindrical body(20b) into the gear ratio; a motion converting part(40) converting rotation of the rotational speed converting part into linear motion; and a damper part(50) damping motion from the motion converting part. A first cylindrical body(20a) is fixed in a pillar arm, and the second cylindrical body is connected to a door hinge. Deformation of the door hinge or the vehicle body is prevented with damping motion by keeping regular turning speed. Accidents are prevented by restricting the door from being opened or closed suddenly.
