摘要 PURPOSE: A radiator cap structure is provided to improve a stability of a radiator cap and prevent a driver from being damaged by maintaining the radiator cap in a locking state if a temperature of cooling water is highly increased. CONSTITUTION: A radiator cap structure includes an upper cover(10), a neck section(20), a high-pressure valve device(30), a negative-pressure valve device(40) and a driving device(50). The neck section(20) is protruded from an upper portion of a radiator. An opening(23) is formed at a bottom of the neck section. An overflow pipe(22) connected to an auxiliary tank is formed at one side of the neck section(20) so as to guide cooling water from the radiator to the auxiliary tank. A locking protrusion(21) is formed at an inner wall of the neck section(20). The upper cover(10) is inserted into an upper portion of the neck section(20). A bracket(11) is formed at a lower surface of the upper cover(10). A supporting protrusion(12) is formed at a middle portion of the bracket(11).
