PURPOSE: An apparatus for removing air and replenishing coolant of cooling system is provided to improve the cooling efficiency of an engine and heater performance and prevent the damage of a water pump and an auxiliary heater. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for removing air and replenishing coolant of cooling system comprises a discharge pipe(10) connected to a front of an auxiliary heater(9), a vacuum pump(11) installed to the discharge pipe, a water-pressure gauge A(12) installed to the connection part of the auxiliary heater and the discharge pipe, a water-pressure gauge B(13) installed to an inlet part of the discharge pipe, a solenoid valve A(14) installed between the water-pressure gauge B and the vacuum pump, a replenishment pipe(15) connected to the front part of the connection part of a circulation pipe(2) and the discharge pipe, and a reservoir tank(8), a solenoid valve B(16) installed to the replenishment pipe, and an ECU receiving information from the water-pressure gauge A,B and an engine RPM sensor and controlling the operation of the solenoid valve A,B and the vacuum pump to discharge an air layer inside the pipe to the outside and replenish a coolant.
