PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an element which is excellent in the laminatability of every layers and the embeddability into the recessed parts of a rugged substrate such as a PDP substrate and is capable of forming a photosensitive resin layer having a highly accurate and uniform shape with satisfactory operability.

SOLUTION: The laminate is formed by laminating an embedded layer B, an intermediary layer C and a resin composition layer D having photosensitivity on a supporting film A in this order. Therein, a resin composition obtained by curing the resin composition layer by irradiating it with active light D having photosensitivity can be stripped by an alkaline aqueous solution of the order of being noncorrosive to a metal film.
