<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To preliminarily confirm the validity/invalidity of the use of an automated lane by on-vehicle equipment since when any abnormality is generated in the on-vehicle equipment, a vehicle is not allowed to pass the automated lane in the automatic charge collecting system of a passage fee in a payroad. <P>SOLUTION: A gas station 1 for executing first charge collecting transaction and an automated lane gate 2 for executing second charge collecting transaction are connected to a host computer 3, and at feeding gas at the gas station 1, communication between on-vehicle equipment 7 mounted on a vehicle 6 and on-road equipment 12 set on the road is executed to confirm the validity/ invalidity of the use of an automated lane gate 2. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO</p> |
