PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic image noticing device that can be installed without constructing a network environment. SOLUTION: In this electronic image noticing device consisting of an image display device 1 for displaying an electronic image and an image transferring device 2 for downloading an electronic image to be displayed to the display device, data are exchanged between the image display device 1 and the image transferring device 2 by radio communication.
