PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming apparatus capable of reducing an abnormal image caused by surface staining or the adhesion of carrier, restraining the deterioration of a system, having a long life to improve reliability and realizing high image quality by restraining the adhesion of carrier and toner to a photoreceptor caused by scattering. SOLUTION: The developing roller 41 is equipped with a developing sleeve 43 constituted by forming a non-magnetic body to be a cylinder rotatably clockwise. The sleeve 43 is equipped with a magnet roller body 44 forming magnetic field so that developer may be napped on the surface of the sleeve 43 in a fixed state inside. The formed magnetic brush is carried in the same direction as the sleeve 43 with the rotational carrying of the sleeve 43. A doctor blade 45 regulating the amount of the developer is installed at a part on the upstream side of a developing area. Furthermore, a screw 47 drawing up the developer inside a developing casing 46 to the roller 41 side while stirring it is installed in the rear area of the roller 41. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
