<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air conditioner securing comfort regarding air conditioning by enhancing the efficiency of heat transfer regardless of the magnitude and difference of load conditions, while being unaffected by structures, layout and the like in a room to be air-conditioned. <P>SOLUTION: For the air conditioner having a heat-pump type refrigerating cycle circuit K, its indoor equipment comprises a first indoor unit 2A to be installed at a high position indoors, and a second indoor unit 2B to be disposed at a low position indoors. The first indoor unit provides a forced convection type heat exchange action to a first indoor heat exchanger 10. The second indoor unit has on its front side a radiation panel 13 for radiating indoors the heat emitted from a second indoor heat exchanger 12, and has an air passage 17 which admits indoor air for heat exchange with the indoor heat exchangers and causes the air to circulate indoors through natural convection. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
