PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a three-dimensional measuring device using a mirror capable of measuring three-dimensionally the invisible regions of a large-size structure such as a bridge or a marine structure by using a laser beam. SOLUTION: This three-dimensional measuring device 50 for measuring three- dimensionally a structure having the invisible region has at least one mirror 16, mirror position setting means 10, 12, 54, 56, 58 for setting the mirror position to a measuring object in the vertical direction and in the horizontal direction, a mirror attitude adjusting means 14 for adjusting the mirror attitude to the measuring object, and a measuring means 22 for confirming the position and the attitude of the mirror, irradiating the invisible region of the measuring object with the laser beam through the mirror, and measuring three- dimensionally the invisible region of the measuring object by reflected light from the mirror.
