PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low noise dewatering apparatus for an umbrella capable of quickly processing with excellent usability and operability. SOLUTION: Space 2 for processing of dewatering capable of inserting, extracting and rotating the umbrella 1 is partitioned by a plurality of air feeding pipes 4 which are provided along the direction of inserting/extracting having inward small holes line 3 in an axial direction and plugged at the one ends. The outside of the space 2 for processing of dewatering is covered with an outer shell 6 and a blowing part 8 generating compressed air and forcedly feeding it, is connected to each air feeding pipe 4, and a sound absorbing structure 5 surrounding an internally provided air blower 7 is installed at the blowing part 8. A suction air chamber 9 is provided at the blowing part 8 and the sound absorbing structure 5 is also provided in the suction air chamber 9. An air blow-off chamber connecting to the air feeding pipe 4 is provided at the blowing part 8, and the sound absorbing structure is also provided in the air blow-off chamber. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
