PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To fix a terminal holder to the accurate position in a case while making the configuration of the case compact. SOLUTION: As for a battery pack, a secondary battery 2 and the terminal holder 3 are built in the case 1, and the output terminal 5 fixed to the terminal holder 3 is externally exposed from an electrode window 6 to the outside. The case 1 is provided with a first case 1A and a second case 1B, and fitting faces of the surrounding wall 7 are welded with an ultrasonic waves and coupled. The first case 1A and the second case 1B are welded, and coupled by putting a projection strip 9 at the fitting welded face of the other side into a longitudinal groove 8 at one side of the fitting welded face. As for the first case 1A, a fastening claw 10 to fix the terminal holder 3 at the home position protruded from the inner face of the surrounding wall 7 and installed. A part in which the fixing claw 10 of the surrounding wall 7 is installed is formed thinner than the fitting welded face, and an undercut part 11 is installed at the inner face.
