PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To develop a technology for acquiring detail information which used to be unavailable as a real video by acquiring the real video to be photographed by a vehicle traveling in an opposite lane. SOLUTION: When a destination is inputted, an information providing side vehicle 1 starts photographing video information, and an information receiving vehicle 2 replies to a request from a driver, and broadcasts a request for video information after the destination is inputted. Then, when the vehicle 1 is traveling in the opposite direction, the information providing vehicle 1 declares its possibility to provide the video information in response to the broadcasting. The information receiving vehicle 2 selects an information providing vehicle 1 being the origin of the provision of the video information in response to the declaration. The information providing vehicle 1 distributes the video information in response to the selection.
