PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple building structure which can prevent the relative displacement of a column material from a brace even in the application of a long-term live load to a building or a short-term concentrated load by earthquakes, etc., and which obtains stable strength by the brace over a long period of time. SOLUTION: Bolt inserting holes and pin holes are provided in a mounting plate 4a, which is provided at the end of the brace 4, and a brace mounting surface of the column material 2, on which the mounting plate 4a is to be mounted, respectively; a bolt 8 is inserted into the bolt inserting hole of the brace mounting surface from the bolt inserting hole of the mounting plate 4a, so that the mounting plate 4a can be fixed to the brace mounting surface; and a pin 6 is pressed into the pin hole of the brace mounting surface from the pin hole of the mounting plate 4a in a pressure-contact state, so that the movement of the mounting plate 4a in the direction W of a gap between the bolt 8 and the bolt inserting hole can be regulated by the pin 6.
