PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stator for a rotating electric machine capable of favorably reducing or eliminating an opening of a slot of a stator core, while preventing the occurrence of derivation problems such as a complex manufacturing process, an increase in magnetic resistance, the lowering of the mechanical rigidity of the stator core and the like. SOLUTION: By accommodating a stator coil of a segment sequential bonding type in an enclosed slot 102, the distribution of flux is improved and magnetic resistance between the stator core 100, and a rotor core is reduced, without employing a divided stator structure.
