PURPOSE: A rubber shoes molding method is provided, which obtains high durability by using SBS (styrene-butadiene-styrene) as a principal raw material and manufactures soft rubber shoes having superior quality by preventing deformation of shape and cracking and decoloration of the rubber shoes themselves due to temperature change. CONSTITUTION: The rubber shoes molding method comprises a liquefaction step of liquefying the molding raw material by heating the molding raw material to a temperature of 130 to 140 deg.C for 2 to 3 minutes in the state that a molding raw material in which 63 wt.% of powdered SBS (styrene-butadiene-styrene) is mixed with 12.6 wt.% of paraffin oil, 16 wt.% of styrenic resin as hardness controlling agent, 6.3 wt.% of reinforcing agent (decoloration preventing agent during exposure to sunlight), 0.6 wt.% of UV stabilizer, 0.9 wt.% of antioxidant and 0.6 wt.% of TiO2 is contained in hopper; a filling and pressing step of applying pressure of 70 kg/cm¬2 to the liquefied raw material filled in the mold for 30 to 40 seconds after supplying a certain amount of the liquefied raw material at a time to a certain mold so that the liquefied raw material is filled in the mold; a cooling step of coercively cooling the certain mold itself containing the filled and pressed raw material in the molded state at 25 deg.C for 30 seconds; a finishing step of smoothly finishing the surface of the molded article after taking out a molded article having a rubber shoes shape from the cooled certain mold; and a drying step of drying the finished rubber shoes shape.
