PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small-sized, lightweight, low-cost cooler to cool beer in a beer barrel. SOLUTION: The cooler 100 has a covering member 110 consisting of a heat insulating material and is mounted to the beer barrel 10 so as to cover the beer barrel 10. The cooling part 120 has an electronic cooling element such as a Peltier element or the like, and cools the beer by taking heat from the beer and radiating the heat through the beer barrel 10.
