PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tube pump capable of preventing a back flow of liquid. SOLUTION: A spindle 24 having both end parts fixed to a pair of rotating plates 23 is inserted into a guide groove 25 formed on a roller plate 22 in a circumferential direction to rotatably hold the rotating plates 23 and 23 on the roller plates 22 and 22. By slidably inserting a rotary shaft 26 of a roller 20 into an oblong hole 27 formed longer in the radial directions of the roller plates 22 and 22 and connecting the rotary shaft 26 to the spindle 24 via a link member 28, rotational force is transformed to a linear motion by the link member 28 and is transmitted to the rotary shaft 26 when rotating the rotating plates 23 reversely, and the roller 20 is moved in a direction for separating the roller 20 from a tube 7.
