PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide alloy fine powder with which the backing temperature of electrically conductive paste is reduced since it can be melted and integrated at a low temperature, thus damage to an organic electroluminescence layer can be reduced, and a back electrode having sufficient heat resistance and durability can be formed after backing, to provide electrically conductive paste obtained by using the same, and to provide an EL element obtained by using the electrically conductive paste. SOLUTION: The alloy fine powder is formed of an alloy having a melting point of≤250°C, and the particle diameter thereof is controlled to≤300 nm. The electrically conductive paste contains the alloy fine powder in a ratio of 50 to 98 wt.% to the total content of the solid components. The EL element is obtained by applying the electrically conductive paste so as to be a film shape, thereafter backing the same at a temperature higher than the melting temperature of the alloy fine powder and also lower than the heat resisting temperature of a light emitting layer, and forming a back electrode.
