PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multi-quantum bit solid-state quantum computer based on a new operation principle which can be constructed only by a demonstrated technology by solving problems of quantum entanglement conditions, initialization, and multi-quantum bit integration. SOLUTION: A CdTe isotope super-grating structure constituted with an A(<SP>111</SP>Cd) face, B(<SP>113</SP>Cd) face, C(<SP>123</SP>Te) face, and D(<SP>125</SP>Te) face being a zinc blende crystal structure (111) face constituted of the same isotope element as a super- grating laminate cycle is used for four quantum bits. The four kinds of isotope elements are provided with different magnetic speed ratios, respectively, and those four nuclides are provided with sufficiently isolate NMR frequencies so that it is possible to construct a four-quantum bit quantum computer. In this case, J connection based on the shared connection of Cd and Te can be made dominant, satisfactory quantum entanglement conditions can be obtained, initialization can be performed by circularly polarized light emission, and quantum impure conditions can be produced.
