PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a molding method of hot-melt type resin composition which is excellent in dimensional accuracy. SOLUTION: A mold (upper mold) 5 is formed with a prescribed shape of a sealing agent and set up on a lid for a housing of a hard disk device, a mold (lower mold) 6 is put to the back of the lid to sandwich the lid, and the lid is imposed with loads to fix and then clamped. The molds are kept at a prescribed temperature not higher than the softening point of the sealing agent, and then the hot-melt type sealing agent composition thus melted is poured into the molds from a filling port adjacent to a molding section by using the hot runner system 4 of a molding machine. After the pouring is finished, the hot-melt type sealing agent composition is cooled to a set temperature of the molds to be hardened. Then, the hardened sealing agent is separated from the mold (upper mold) 5. At that time, the separation is easily made by coating the mold with a florine resin, while the mold can be coated with a mold- releasing agent. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
