PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate viewing of the arbitrary past broadcast information of a plurality of arbitrary broadcasting stations, without having to provide local accumulation sections. SOLUTION: When a plurality of pieces of broadcasting station broadcasting information as-needed accumulation apparatus 24 accumulate broadcasting information for a plurality of broadcasting stations, and a receiver 13 transmits a broadcasting station time specified time upstream requests to an individual transmission/reception control section 16 by IP connection or the like, and the individual transmission/reception control section 16 reads the stored image information from a large-capacity accumulation means 8 for transmitting to the receiver 13, thus facilitating viewing of the past arbitrary program information of the plurality of arbitrary broadcasting stations.
