PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an equipment operating device capable of securely fixing electronic equipment to the space for installing with larger force than a conventional device. SOLUTION: The equipment operating device 100 includes an operational board for operating on-vehicle audio equipment 110 by transmitting a signals, a panel member 130 to which the operational board is fixed; a tubular bracket 140 which is fixed to the rear side of the panel member 130 to which the operational board is fixed, and which guides the on-vehicle audio equipment 110 to the operational board to fix the on-vehicle audio equipment 110 to the operational board; a signal transmission part 160 which includes a connecter, which is fixed to the tubular bracket 140, and which transmits a signal from the operational board to the connecter; and a signal transmission part 170 which includes a connector 173, which is fixed to the tubular bracket 140, and which transmits the signal from the operational board to the connecter 173.
