PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To satisfy both the guarantee of assembling accuracy and the security of electric insulation in the application for a motor core of a small-sized motor by making the film thickness partially changeable. SOLUTION: The surface of the motor core 1 is divided into an inner circumferential region 1a and the other region 1b and a coating film 2 is formed on the inner circumferential region 1a to become relatively thicker than that on the region 1b in a state that the region 1b is covered with a masking body and after the masking body is removed, a coating film having thickness relatively thinner than that of the coating film 1a is formed.
