A purse (6) may be adapted to automatically separate centime coins from other Euro coin denominations by adding a magnetic plate (2) to one of the faces (5). The copper centimes are ferromagnetic and are strongly attracted to the magnetic plate but other Euro denominations struck in brass or nickel are paramagnetic or diamagnetic and are either only very weakly attracted or not attracted at all Independent claims are also included for the following : 1) A clip which uses the magnetic principal and may be used in the pocket 2) A key ring which uses the magnetic principal 2) A purse which uses the magnetic principal
