PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a superconductive magnet device which vibrates less and is capable of taking an accurate measurement. SOLUTION: The superconductive magnet device is equipped with a magnet coil support frame (11) arranged inside a vacuum heat insulating vessel (4), a radiation shield (6) located in the support frame (11), a superconductive magnet (9) arranged in the radiation shield (6), and a vibration-reducing member (12) interposed between the support frame (11) and the vacuum heat insulating vessel (4). The superconductive magnet (9) is held by a magnet coil support members (8) and (8') which are formed of a low thermal conductor and arranged between the magnet coil support frame (11) and the superconductive magnet (9), and the radiation shield (6) is held by the radiation shield support member (7) which is formed of a low thermal conductor and arranged between the vacuum heat insulating vessel (4) and the radiation shield (6). The high- temperature stage (2) of a two-stage refrigerator (1) is thermally connected to the radiation shield (6), and the low-temperature stage (3) of the refrigerator (1) is thermally connected to the superconductive magnet (9) through the intermediary of flexible heat conduction members (10) and (10').
